Well, Jon, we're trying to help you out! I hope that anyone who decides to sign up with y'all as a new customer will take time to read a good sample of the posts on this thread.

Don't forget, now-- you also offered the $100 credit to current customers who would email you and ask for it. I'm really looking foreward to seeing, on this thread, the results of that offer.

I hope you appreciate the free publicity we are giving you!

Jon Rosenberg: Your post is untruthful.

1. You say Joe Fox resolved the issue. He never did.

2. You say that Joe Fox wasn't "fast enough for me." He said he would call back that
afternoon. He never called back, nor did he have anyone else call back.

3. You say that no one hung up on me. That's pure and simply a LIE. John Wiett slammed
down the phone when I was speaking, and he shouted as he did that, "You will NEVER get
that credit." Listen to the tape. It's all on tape.

Don't post lies. It's bad for your credibility. And bad for the credibility of the firm you
represent.

As for posting messages, that is what SI is for. We share our experiences and discuss them. Sometimes we post hundreds of notes on the same subject That's the point. You might well say I have a vendetta against SWY or AAPL or PIXR, or scores of other stocks about which I post dozens of messages.

If you think you've been defamed, sue me. You know I've posted 100% accurately, what transpired with Web Street.

>>let me first state that no employee has ever hung up on a Web Street customer.<<

jon, mu bs meter just went off. how can you possibly know this? how can you monitor for "hang ups" when you have millions of calls a year? hello???? maybe it is against policy, but that isn't what you said. you said it never happened. tell us all how you proved this.

btw, that ryan chap was quite funny. pathetic, but funny. trying to play the role of a fellow investor and evade the question of whether he worked for webstreet.

then to say he is honest! that is funny! maybe if you don't mislead everyone you won't have to proclaim your "honest." is he misleading us when he says he's "honest" like he did when he said he "just" had an account?

and you old boys promote these types? especially when the heat comes down he takes his marbles and runs away! geez, anything but take responsibility for your actions, huh?

i will NEVER transfer my account to web street and you could offer 10 times whatever you've offered before. you guys make e-trade look like pros. quite focusing on marketing and build a good business. you aren't there yet.

oh, and having worked for two companies that are customer service elite, your presentation, and those of your fellow employees - admitted or not! - is nothing short of pathetic.
