Jon Rosenberg: Your post is untruthful.

1. You say Joe Fox resolved the issue. He never did.

2. You say that Joe Fox wasn't "fast enough for me." He said he would call back that
afternoon. He never called back, nor did he have anyone else call back.

3. You say that no one hung up on me. That's pure and simply a LIE. John Wiett slammed
down the phone when I was speaking, and he shouted as he did that, "You will NEVER get
that credit." Listen to the tape. It's all on tape.

Don't post lies. It's bad for your credibility. And bad for the credibility of the firm you
represent.

As for posting messages, that is what SI is for. We share our experiences and discuss them. Sometimes we post hundreds of notes on the same subject That's the point. You might well say I have a vendetta against SWY or AAPL or PIXR, or scores of other stocks about which I post dozens of messages.

If you think you've been defamed, sue me. You know I've posted 100% accurately, what transpired with Web Street.

Excellent customer service continues from my perspective. To bring a sense of balance to this discussion, I have to say that my own experience with the representatives at Web Street Securities has continued to be very positive. They were and continue to be professional and courteous in my dealings with them.

As mentioned in my previous posts, I had concerns about the computer program Web Street uses but I know they are aware of the problem and taking corrective action. Actually, things have worked smoothly recently.

Anyways, what keeps me at Web Street Securities is a) excellent customer service and b) 0 commission for NASDAQ trades of 1,000 shares or more at a price >= than $ 2.00. Also I appreciate the $ 100 commission credit recently offered to SI Members. Thanks.

Web Street Securities - keep up the good work !!!
