FSESX is about 3% load. Have to stay 30 days or pay a .75% penalty.

When you buy, you get the next calculated NAV. As another post said it is calculated every hour.

The 3% load is only paid one time as long as you keep the funds with Fidelity. There is a back end load if you try to cash it in early.

I have FSESX myself. I don't trade it though, it's more of a long term investment. I've been dollar cost averaging into it for a few weeks now.
