Humbly report, Andrew, yes I have the phone number, as it can be found at sos.state.nv.us , the link which I have posted in my last two messages here - #reply-5442610 and #reply-5442773 .

As a casual bystander, I may or may not call.

As a shareholder such as yourself I definitely would.

Off to the theater, wishing you a pleasant evening,

Cheers,

Svejk

Humbly report, Andrew, curiosity got the best of me, so I did make the phone calls.

I was referred to the Nevada Department of Corporations, 207-486-2880, and spoke with Beth.

She informed me that a corporation's status is revoked and the corporation is therefore not in good standing, when it fails to list its officers.

Planet City has never filed this list, and therefore its status is not in good standing and has been revoked since 4/1/98. (Not an April Fools joke on my part.)

According to Beth, Planet City is therefore categorically not a Nevada corporation, period.

For a $25 Certificate of Nonexistence, please call 702-687-5203.

Looking forward to your report of Planet City's point of view.

Cheers,

Svejk

P.S. The plays I saw, Loose Ends by Michael Weller and Stags and Hens by Willy Russell, were marvelous! Hope you had a great weekend as well!
