Ron, a short but well defined article is now being created by one of
the current shareholders. The purpose of this article is to inform any
current or past shareholder of IPMCF stock of current activity started
around the middle of July of this year to help IPM come out of Chapter 11
and towards reinstatement on the CDN. I will send you a copy when it
is completed.

Ron,

In a nut shell. IPM is in chapter 11 bankruptcy. I have started an initiative to keep it out of chapter 7 and I wish to request you to E-mail me with support of this initiative stating that I can use your shares to call a special share holders meeting. Please read the last 15-20 posts of mine and you will have a good idea what is going on.
