Dear John, You're most welcome. I was still a bit uncertain about a few issues -- even though I attended the CC-- until I listened word for word on what had been said. IMHO as well, it is a must-read/reread if anyone wants get an idea about the validity of the company. BTW, if anyone have access to a Real Audio Server, I'd love to offer the CC recording for streaming. I believe to get a handle on what kind of CEO Gordon is, you really need to listen to the actual conversation. You will also find influencial clues to the competence/excellence of the managment team through the actual converstion. Tell you the truth, I was expecting Gordon to be a slick, unctuous, sharp-tongued, ...etc. I found the complete opposite. For people who really want to decide for themselves, listening to the CC once or twice will really give you some insight/clues to help you with your quandary. best wishes, Steve (aka poisontaster)
