Allergan stated very clearly in their filing that they were selling. Their average cost is 8.84. Also, I think it is very possible that their selling within a certain time frame maybe part of the originl agreement. After all L would not want a competitor owning 8% plus of them. Of course, if so we all missed but at this point I have no intention of reading that long boring document again. The last 3 days of trading looks like someone has stepped up to the plate to take a big chunk of A's shares, for a lower price then A previously was offering them for. Hopefully A's overhang will be washed out soon. Although we may see them back next quarter
