come on, tom...you need thicker skin than that to play with this
crowd ! the fact is, some people had hoped for the ECC to play on
this release, and they dont catch the significance of having
dr jenkins on the team...just dont get your feather ruffled because
of a few people...there are many many others that support the
company, and anxiously wait for the next communication...remember,
the company still has no contact point yet, and the wait has been
long for shareholders...NOW, have a pleasant week-end with your
family, and get back to work monday <g>

Buckle up pal. I'm telling it like it is. Just watch what happens to the stock price.

Tom,
I appreciate all that you have given up for this company. There have always been bashers and negative posts on this site. Remember they are trying to piss you off and run all of the good things you and others have done right into the ground. This is nothing new, ignore it and just remember some of us are behind you, are thankful to you and all of the others. You all have our prayers and our thanks.

Jerry

Tom:

"so I can hear from my partners "why do you bother Tom" on Monday morning's meeting"

You might tell your "partners" you "bother" because it's our company and we've held on through thick and thin.

Tom, I think everyone is totally confused now. This part of your note is not clear:

"I work for free put my own money up to keep this thing going get it out of BK deal with my family wanting to commit me because I own no stock in the company"

Tom, I thought you still had your original shares that you never sold. Does this next statement mean that your only incentive to make TMM go is to get a job working for them?

"I own no stock in the company and I'm relying on these same people to
give me a position for helping"

Tom, for my part, I appreciate any communication you choose to give. Even if it does nothing more than enlighten us on things we never knew then it is helpful. I wonder, are there ANY shareholders working for TMM. This explains why we are so frustrated about things that affect the share price. I think the company and the shareholders must be on different wavelengths and we will be as long as there are no shareholders working at TMM. I'd feel a lot better if everyone there would buy a hundred dollars worth at least.

The release for Monday. MY suspicion is that you are playing a little game with us for some Friday night fun and that the REAL release will contain real info, or, as I told a friend, maybe Tom is floating one of those trial balloons to see what people would say. Looks like the results are in. By a whopping percentage, I calculate 90% gave it two thumbs down, 5% gave two thumbs up, and 5% were afraid to look! I was in the last group when they took the poll but later gathered strength and took a look. I thought a +/- 5% would take care of the accuracy spread but it was interesting to note that almost all shareholders polled initially fell into the "afraid to look" group and it is unclear at what point they gathered themselves and looked so who knows!

In another poll shareholders were asked:

1. Would you rather see a release like this on the wires come Monday

OR

2. Would you rather take the money it would cost to put out the release and use it to buy all the guys at TMM some shares!

By a WHOPPING percentage, they picked number two.

Those that picked number two were also asked why they picked number two. The most common response was that it would give Tom and the guys at TMM an incentive to check the stock price every day and, in the words of Slick Willy, Feel Our Pain! <g>

So much for polls. Thanks for the effort Tom. I don't know why you come on here and suffer this abuse but I for one appreciate it.

Tom perhaps I am being too harsh, but this is because of lack of information. Now let me get this right. You are the COO. You are not getting paid but are paying out of your own pocket for the privilege of being COO. This Monday press release states that TMMI is giving some one a REAL job. Look! You got to either reword this PR or not put it out at all. Use the PR to remind people why this guy was brought on board in the first place. Mention that his exspertise is a major stepping stone in moving forward with the Amazing new developements that are going on with the company. Explain that due to discloser, the details can not be released but will be before such and such a time. This would be a release that could have a positive effect! Think about it.
