The company has too keep Dan Masters.

Dan Masters credentials as a franchise authority are well earned and not it doubt (like the delas he anounced).

If the company maintains that it wants to be a franchise company, they should make Dan Masters an attractive offer. If nothing else, there's something to be said for continuity.

Then, in addition, the company needs an independent director.
