It is certainly a coordinated effort. My sister's investment
advisor just started recommending a small cap fund to her,
just in time for her to think it over, see the same message
on T.V. and in mags, and be the last one in.

Also cyclicals, from tech to steel, are bouncing of extreme
lows. It is, absolutely, a coordinated reallocation of money.

Nancy: our biggest trading partners should be canada and mexico. But if you look at the charts of these countries, they're already deep in recession and bear market. It does not bode well for the U.S. unless they can shake the fear out of these countries and get their economies turned around. Here in the Bay Area i see some new Korean and Chinese businesses moving in- import and services. But the dumping of so many tech stocks says something about venture capital drying up.
