(MIY-VSE)(MIYNF-OTC) announces that it has been informed by Alberta Aerospace Corp. ("Alberta Aerospace") that Alberta Aerospace's previously announced pending financing with Gordon Capital Corporation and First Marathon Securities Ltd. of Toronto has been postponed as a consequence of the volatility and uncertainty surrounding the Canadian small cap equity markets. As a result of these unforseen and uncontrollable market conditions, Gordon Capital has agreed that Alberta Aerospace may pursue other financing opportunities which it is in the process of pursuing.
