Well, 200 mil. shares, 120 mil. float. when I first bought this company there were supposed to be something like 50 mil. After great financials the stock price fell, why? Dilution. One of us, I can't remember who, called the TA and magically the authorized had expanded to 100 mil. Well, a few investors were ranting and raving and selling their shares and I thought what are they doing selling, this is a real company with a real product. What does that tell me after the latest addition of (authorized?) shares. It means to me, Spencer is really good at selling shares.
