Of the 64 stocks reviewed by Stock Detective, 50 have lost ground compared to their pre-split price when that price is adjusted for the split. On average, the 64 stocks have declined 19 percent. >> note the -19% average decline of the stocks in 6 months. This is just about as good a performance as I've seen for a mechanical short-picking method. I'm not sure how many of the stocks were actually shortable, or with what spread, though.
