I spoke with Vivian yesterday, as I expected (and understand why) she was unable to say very much due to the situation. She did say that they were getting an investor package together and were about half way done with it. They are compiling a list of investors to send it out to so if you haven't you may wish to call sometime and leave your mailing address.

See everyone wide eyed and bushy tailed next week! Enjoy the weekend, no matter what happens here life is way too short!

Can't imagine some MM not wanting to get a piece of the action, up or down.

Why not? The MM who's willing to file this form is also expressing his willingness to vouch for the veracity of the information given him by the company.

That's number one. Number two is that the information required isn't, for a non-reporting outfit like MTEI, something you can come up with overnight. Among other things, they'll have to prove the value of the land they own. And they won't be able to do that till the Dunn surveys are completed. Unless they want to go with the asset or market value figures at time of purchase by Marc Tow (for the West Virginia land, 1994); and I really, really don't think they'd care to go that route.
