ICR Technologies Selects Netgain's Web Based Software to Upgrade International Conference Resorts' Sales Force Automation System
Colorado Springs, COLO. - June 10, 1998 - ICR Technologies L.L.C., an affiliate of International Conference Resorts, Inc. (ICR), the quality and performance leader of the rapidly expanding meetings business, and FirstwaveO Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS: FSTW), a leading provider of customer information systems, today announced a strategic relationship to develop web based sales force automation (SFA) systems for ICR and other companies looking to enhance their sales systems.
ICR Technologies plans to initially connect over 120 sales professionals with the roll out of Netgain Sales. ICR has over 25 years experience in the $45 billion meetings market, hosting meetings for leading Fortune 500 companies. ICR's network of executive conference centers and conference resorts has doubled in the past six months to include six properties across North America and they expect to double again in the next 12 to 24 months. ICR's managing revenue exceeds $100 million, generated by more than 5,000 meetings annually.

The Netgain product will allow for a quick, simple connection and the easy maintenance of the system for ICR's preferred properties. This innovative SFA tool, customized by the personnel of ICR Technologies and its affiliate company, ICR Marketing, L.L.C, will help sales teams coordinate their nationwide efforts and will allow employees to communicate in ways not previously possible with client-server technologies.
