No, Eric you are correct. Interesting how a few are attributing today's move to TM or RES on Yahoo. What we saw today was a bounce off the lows in conjunction with rumors and leaks about the coming news. Add daytraders to the mix.

While these boards may have a small influence on shares for a day or so, they certainly did not account for 1M shares traded.

Some investors think that comments on SI rule the market, but they are sadly inexperienced and ignorant.

<<Looks like maybe more accumulating action. (i.e., start a rally, sell into the buying and buy into the selling). With the moves we saw today, you would end up with some 40% increase in your shares.>>

Yes - but it would require some real skill - plus a way to cause the buying. Like a network or such. Trading on a run such as we had would subject the seller to missing the real move. Very risky to try to trade a stock that moves on news - unless of course you are sure that news won't be out on the weekend or Monday. I only read one poster on this thread that seems to be sure of it.

<<If my logic is off - feel free to flame.>>

Good logic. But I just hold during rallies like this if I believe in the company.

I don't believe or disbelieve in RNTK at this point - but I don't like the false runs we keep seeing with this stock and when some concrete news came out last month it didn't seem to respond.
When/if? the contract is ready to be signed - I believe we will see this thing retrace it's decline without pullbacks at small resistance points such as we witnessed today. Monday should tell us something.

Eric,
IMO todays action was a result of action in the whole sector. CNBC talked all day about oil stocks and oil services stocks and that is what helped fuel (pardon the pun) todays price increase, it was hardly a rally, but the last couple days were great buying opps.
