Hi Robert. I based my Monday Intranet "ribbon cutting" target date (Monday Aug. 10) on several SI FNTN thread messages where individuals posted the essence of their phone conversations with MS. More specifically I have used message #530 of this thread as a bases for suggesting that there is a target date. Coupled with this message I've taken in to consideration that this week MS has indicated to several on this thread that things are on target.

Thank you for thinking out loud about this as it has given me the opportunity explain to you and others how I arrived with this Monday date.

With this said I think most who follow this thread realize that target dates are just that - targets to work towards - and will not adversely impact the share price unless missed by a wide margin. On the flip side if targets are met it significantly adds to credibility which helps lift the share price.

John

...O.T...
Rob, Thursday I was having trouble getting all of my order
filled by E*Trade, and since they will only allow one to
place up to 16th's on this stock, I had to place my order
at 1 13/16(1.8125) which was higher than the ask which was
1.78 at the time but it was the next 16th in line. Well it
filled shortly at 1.79 which was less than my order. I've
done this before and came out okay. I could have placed it
at market which was 1.78 at the time, but market could have
jumped before filling my order. Even though placing it at
a higher limit order it gave me a limit as how high it could
go.
Even if you do go with a market order remember DP's post about
"pound foolish". The next day could be 1/4 point higher.(ouch)
One other thing is call your broker and he might can enter
an order for you between the 16th's if you speak to him live.
Of course the commission is a little higher but probably
a savings overall.
Hope this helps.
Dan
