Ah now some of the selling makes sence.. I saw some new faces and some of the old faces here are now gone..

Forstmann also bought like 5 mil shares of OXHP around 70 last year.. Glad I dont have my money in their fund.. They dont need to be fired, they need to commit honorable death to not face their share holders..

PS.. Another health care company bites the dust!! dumm dumm dumm..
Wonder who is going to pay for big pharma's 30-50% growth next year..

Thanks for the update BK,

I've only heard of 1 or 2 on that list. That could be an opportunity for the stock price to spike, if Fidelity or any other Fund found Vivus at all appealing. Right now the only one that I think might have an interest would be Franklin, because they love beaten-up stocks. (They call it value stocks, I think we would all called it "Erectile Deficient" Stocks)

For example, they were all over Oxford Health last spring, and when the news got out in Barrons, OXHP went from 13 to 22. I think anyone would have to say that VVUS is a value play, UNLESS you think that they will fold. I think that in this day & age a merger or buyout normally heads off bankruptcy.

Thanks again,

Steve
