dt; With all due respect I think you and others are missing the point. The comments by John was directed at a PERSON a big difference. Let me ask you a question; If you picked up your daily Newspaper and you saw the same comments about you being published on a daily basis would you attempt to do something about it....................... www3.techstocks.com detnews.com Why the comments? Is that a fact.......... it's pretty direct is it not............. I think some of the statements John made was done in poor taste........ It's no big deal just apologize and move on. He probably lost some money on this stock and he is pissed but why flare out blindly at other shareholders expense when it could be conveyed in a adult manner......... Their is nothing wrong with questioning management but implying a person is a crook or incompetent because one is pissed is nothing less than irresponsible. So I hope John apologizes and lays this matter to rest. He may feel he does not need to apologize thats his choice but it will be an expensive one if attorneys get involved......... I hope it works out for him. dt I am not saying you are wrong and I am right.......... but I feel this has nothing to do with SI. Your membership does not give you or me the right to imply falsehoods in regards to others....... what happened to innocent until you are proven guilty....... should one be able to hint that one is a sex offender........ were does it end.
