Ali - Re: "Intel is loosing money at a horrendous rate although they found a way to hide this in books."

AMD is losing money at a horrendous rate although they haven't found a way to hide this in their books.

Re: "During the last whole year or more, Intel's earnings
(even convulsively fudged) were flat"

Geez - Intel's earnings have actually been DOWN - from $1.9 Billion in Q197 to $1.2 Billion in Q298.

However, the accumulated PROFIT was still $9.3 BILLION for the past 6 quarters.

AMD' has had an ACCUMULATED LOSS fo the past 6 quarters.

I think we can all conclude that you, Ali, worship LOSSES - AMD's and your own.

Re: "do you think the future earnings will be, up or down?"

Intel's earnings should be UP this quarter and next.

AMD will still lose money this quarter. The Celery Stick will make sure of that.

Paul

Ali Babble,
Re -- Celery replacing the higher-margin P-II in the marketplace..

Where did you get that, McMoron been feeding you those emails again. You will notice that the Celery are speed grades (and bus grades) below the pentiumII. Thus the price/peformance distribution (note no differentiation of celery and pentiumII) has not changed in YEARS.. Only some idiots such as you are fooled by it.
