Dave, To pay Les an extra 35 million dollars for running EDS into the ground is a real travesty. However, it will be worth it if they get a CEO that can take advantage of the global position that EDS holds. There is no reason that EDS cannot grow revenues at 15 to 25 percent in the current worldwide environment. One thing that GM did for EDS was to give them a solid toehold in Europe, South America, Mexico, and, to some extend, the far east. Now they have to capitalize on that advantage before IBM eats their lunch completely. Looking forward to Monday's action. Dan
