Terrence, taxes. In the state of Washington....

1. Property taxes...On a 200K home, 4 to 5 thousand a year.
2. To register your car every year. 300-700 dollars depending on value.
3. Electric... 10-15 dollars a month.
4. Gas...5-15 dollars per month.
5. Trash pickup...10-30 dollars per month, depending if you recycle.
6. Septic...Every 3-4 years, 100 dollars.
7. Sprinkler system...40 dollars a year, to inspect the check valve.
8. Gas. 35 cents on every gallon sold.
9. Sales tax...8.5%.
10. Phone...?
11. Cable T.V. 5 dollars per month.
12. Water. 10 dollars per month.

And this is just what I can think of off the top of my head!

How can anyone believe we are undertaxed??

Michael
