Michael, I hope you have a reliable source to back up your claim on that statement you made, because you are basically stating that SEC has reason to believe that this operation is a scam and to halt TRBD trading on NASDAQ if what you state is true.

But then, I think there are man on mars too if I am to believe your statement.
