Time to buy more and average down or time to sell before it turns into dust ?

Just some thoughts:

At Friday's support price of 0.85 we have a market cap of ~$58M. Incredibly low if the project goes ahead, incredibly high if it turns into dust.

Now if Kabila would just resign and some pro-democracy leader would replace him ...

IMO: the most dangerous possibility is Kabila's threat to arm the people. DR Congo could end up in anarchy.

It's interesting that Kabila is operating out of Lubumbashi. There must be a lot of people in Kinshasa that Kabila doesn't trust.

My strategy will be to get as much news as possible on this weekend's meeting in Zimbabwe and maybe buy back in next week on good news (if any).
