Mr. Todd, I will afford you a little bit more of my position so you can be clear why the 144 information is important to me. I thank you in advance and wish you well on your fight against corruption on the OTC. In the post below you make a very apropo statement;exchange2000.com ------------- "Apparently, a con man weaves his web so adeptly that people in support positions (i.e., staff) are the last to know. I realize the world of Bulletin Board/OTC stock is probably limited, but the relationships seemed too coincidental." ----------- --------------------------------------------------------- And I wholeheartedly agree Mr. Todd, they are , very much, "inter-related". My concern, maybe like yours , are groups of individuals who work in groups shorting BB stocks for the benefit of shortsellers / MM's; ----------- "Most brokerages, especially Merrill Lynch, are unlikely to let an "INDIVIDUAL" have a naked short position in a penny stock." ---------- We can, using S.I. logs demonstrate a relationship between Asensio shortsell recommendations and certian S.I. posters; ( ** ) = Janice Shell, Graystone, Mr. Metals, Bill Wexler, etc., etc. Able Telcomexchange2000.com Barbara Payne Auric Goldfinger BIOVAIL CORPORATION, INTL.exchange2000.com tonto CTSC exchange2000.com ( ** ) AVNTexchange2000.com tonto Barbara Payne BIOVAIL CORPORATION, INTL.exchange2000.com tonto CTSC exchange2000.com ( ** ) Chromatics Color Sciences International, Inc. exchange2000.com Barbara Payne Auric Goldfingerexchange2000.com Crystallex International Corporation Barbara Payne tonto ( ** ) Ergobilt exchange2000.com tonto Solv-Ex Corporation exchange2000.com tonto Auric Goldfinger ( ** ) + some individuals who's roles will be ascertained in due time Zonagen exchange2000.com ( ** ) Please note that it is perfectly legitimate to short Mr. Asensio's recommendations because they are on the larger boards. My focus is that certain individuals / groups are present on the threads of BB stocks . What concerns me , since some of these individuals were present at GIFS, as well as the same TA, complaints to the same SEC attorney, etc., is that they may be there on behalf of big-money shortsellers/MM's. Again, many thanks! RB
