Could anybody help me understand what exactly DGIV does?
I know that they provide inexpensive international voice-mail and fax services. Voice-messages, as I understand, are digitized by a DGIV server and sent over the Internet to a customer. Using the Internet Protocol one can send many faxes and messages at the same time because they are cut into small pieces and then put together at their destination.

My question is: do they provide (or intend to provide) inexpensive international calling rates? If this is the case than what is the quality of phone conversation using IP? (I think it is difficult to get a high quality real-time voice transfer with IP, right? It takes some time to digitize a word, package and send it and then put it back together). Should we not be concerned with AT&T, MCI and Sprint winning the competition in this area with our small DGIV?

NMSS gives DGIV credibility. They are buying real equipment from NMSS, a NASDAQ company, with real money.
