Hi Sid,

I saw the piece on the Hercules site about the heat sink instead of a fan also. Your analysis that Rev. B is the Rev. A bug fix, is probably about right, and about what we have been led to expect. I did get the impression that some of the folks that run bench mark tests were expecting to get a Rev. B to play with. From a marketing stand point it seems to me that it would be good cheep PR to let as many testers as possible have a copy to write some articles about. The reviewers get that warm fuzzy feeling about having something new and interesting to preview. The readers get a sense of anticipation about the pending release. The share holders get information on the companies progress. And the product gets a bunch of free publicity. Everybody wins, so I'm having a hard time understanding the stealth mode approach to Rev. B. I'm starting to think it wouldn't hurt the folks in their marketing department to spend a day with a used car salesman, or enroll in the Bill Gates school of vapor ware salesmanship.

Regards,

Don
