I base my guesses on Intel's past practices. It likes to market many products based on the same base die. The same PII die can become a Celeron, PII or Xeon, so I suspect that same die will also become a PPro OverDrive as well. It makes no sense to develop a seperate design when differentiation can take place at the package level. Don't expect Intel to pull the MMX out, that would defeat the master plan and raise costs.
