Michael ; Don't focus very much on the price of oil, that may cause knee jerks in the service cos stocks, but the key is VOLUME of barrels , peoples ability to buy quantity , ie ( Asia ) service cos ( longer term )live off the volume more that the price. Find the RIG count data, I'v lost it..keep up with #rigs working. Avoid any small cos with large debt no matter how good their last earnings looked. We don't need an increase in price as much as an increase in volume , price is more for the Major cos, ( and they sub out most drilling ) The big boys survive the down turns the little guys get eaten alive, with the Ceo's, grabbing the cash and running like hell.
