Skeeter, actually, I was wrong. After looking at his report, it appears he was referring to April-May being -13% as opposed to each month. To atone, I am cancelling tonight's festivities and relegating myself to repeat listenings of Yoko Ono Sings the World's Greatest Opera Arias (Vol. II) <g>

IMHO, Dataquest's Handy is correct in raising the issue of how sustainable their jumpstart on the PC100 spec chips really is.
Given the nature of this market, these brokerage analysts could do a much better job of anticipating reactions by the firm's foreign competitors.

Good trading,

Tom

Skeets and All, Eric Savitz in Barron's rips the face off the DRAM bulls. As he states it, their story sounds good about a price recovery until you realize that it is a total fantasy. Gee, where have I heard that before. <G>

This DRAM scam was different. It has been almost all PR/BS with little temporary holding back of production or storing of inventory. That means we have to expect it to have a much shorter coattail than the previous two scams. I was thinking mid-October for it to completely fall apart, but now I'm thinking early-September.
