<The next move in the market will see the Russell 2000 and similar small caps out perform the S&P 100 & 500> Robert, if that's true, Friday was the start. APCO's chart looks very similar to the Russell 2000's chart . Sooner or later Wall Street will find APCO and the other small cap bargains. BTW, Banc - One received favorable mention in two Barron's articles this weekend, The Trader and the Interview columms. GM also received favorable press. Sergio
