Gambler/Jeff Berry-

Gambler I agree with you about the family owned company....

Problem is that I recommended the stock and my friends and family and they all bought in between .40 and .65 per share. (I bought at .47 per share). I have stopped recommending the stock until it really shows it can maintain a higher price.

I also have a few comments about Mr. Berry...

I personally believe this guy is in the same boat as Mr. Wiseowl. He buys the stock in the 20's and sells in the mid 40's!! How many times have we seen TSIG run this cycle in the last 3 months? He may also be accumulating the stock at lower price levels?

Mr. Berry your too sharp not to be a professional investor. Not many know how to read financial reports like you! Your points about the financial stability of the company are good and worth considering. But I still believe you must have a vested interest.

I'm confident you plan on becoming a TSIG bull at the opportune time. It is even possible that Mr. Berry has friends at TSIG and that he will know just the right time to turn into a bull?

Be honest with us Jeff.... you plan on vacationing with us in VEGAS .................DON'T YOU!!!!

TO ALL:

I came across this post on another thread. It is written by a well-respected poster who just happens to be an attorney.

<< " The law has no place here, barring physical threats - that is my point, "

AYY!! Without law you have anarchy. You want anarchy here? I sure don't. The posts of people here do have effects on the outside world. Gotta have the rule of law. I'm not about to defend someone who says some poor schmuck is taking kickbacks if it's not true. >>

I felt it important to post this on the TSIG thread due to the increasing number of posts which border on libel... both by longs and shorts as well as some of the "bashing" posts themselves regarding TSIG and/or Robert Gordon. The truth is always a defense (as long as you are prepared to pay the attorneys to defend you), but the suppositions derived from facts such as SEC filings, etc. do not make the supposition or assumption espoused in the "bashing" a fact. It is just an opinion of the individual's interpretation or feeling or assumption... and a contrary interpretation or assumption is just as valid. I believe even Mr. Berry would agree with that statement.

So, fellow thread members, let's see if we can clean up our act, before someone decides to sue someone. If you've got DD to present, pro or con, please do so in a manner that makes it clear to the other thread members that what you are posting is your interpretation... no, assumption is a better word, of what you think something means and not that it is a "fact". Presenting a fact with innuendo is just as libelous under Federal law as an outright blatant lie. There is a public company right now suing a poster on SI for just such statements. We live in a lawsuit-happy society. Next we will find stockholders sueing posters for bashing their company's stock with innuendos and, for those curious, stating that it is just "your opinion" doesn't fly in a libel suit.

Just thought some of you might find this interesting as it pertains to some of the posting that has appeared on the TSIG threads.

Best wishes,

Marty
