A threat of a slander such as this may be seem the same and may have the same initial pretrial effect, but the outcomes can be vastly different after a trial.

It takes a lot to win a slander case in my country. Malice of forethought must be provin here, john is angry not necessary intending harm to Antares.

Tough to prove intent in cases such as these in the U.S.A.
