Bill: Now it's clear the MAC won't be selling, I hope Dave moves fast to re-apportion ownership of the Bumbat Mill. According to monies put in, I understand that the new proportions should approximate MGR 55% and MAC 45%.

Bill, As I have pondered this I have also wondered why they could not be simply diluted. I suspect that would be a very favorable thing for them. Perhaps the issue is how much to put into for how much reward in a currently devalued assest.
