Yes, I think it's time... While the big caps are now in a relatively flat area, the Small Caps are rising...

It's reasonable that the index moves up about 10% from current levels before there is a major market direction test...

Yes, that's what I'm thinking as well. Lead by techs in mid and smaller areas.

I doubt if really small will do well for a while, though. Liquidity concerns. Money in mutual funds. And all that.

I don't know for sure Sonki. It all depends on your style of play. I'm in the small caps. They currently represent the best value in the market and have historically outperformed larger caps.

To borrow a line from Casablanca, "Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but sometime soon."
