The President of DLJ sits on the board of AMD.

DLJ is AMD's merchant banker - and helped AMD peddle 517 Million bucks of debt a few months ago.

Maybe DLJ sees opportunity for NSM due to "problems" at AMD.

Craig,

How can I tell you what I don't know? From the noises that National has made lately, I wouldn't be surprised to see 300 Mhz MII and GX out of Portland before the end of the third quarter. I simply can't believe they will be shutting that fab down for 10 days. That just wouldn't make sense.
