Quick question. I currently hold BAY and live in Toronto, Canada. NT is traded both on the NYSE and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). I was once told that as a Canadian, if a stock is trading both on the the TSE and an american exchange I can only purchase it on the Cdn. exchange. Question, once the merger takes place, will I receive NT shares that trade on the NYSE or shares that trade on the TSE? As my investment in BAY is in US$ (obviously) I would like to keep my NT shares in US$ as well. Any comments?
