After a series of exchanges of private messages (I chose that route rather than the public forum to not clutter up the public forum, a reason Dr. Niman labelled EXTREMELY weak) with the esteemed Dr. Henry Niman, I have decided to apologize to this thread for my post #24177, in which I threw out the HYPOTHESIS that said trades MIGHT be construed as "late". Alas, this had no basis in fact, as I did not spend the entire day, much less the last ten minutes of the trading day, in front of quote.com or a real time machine. Never mind that I NEVER stated my opinion as fact. Please forgive me Lord, and forgive me Dr. Niman. I am having difficulty living with my sins!
Never mind that Dr. Niman throws out his hypothetical opinions (not fact, mind you), of some of Friday's trading action: "I suspect that AGN threw in the towel and sold a couple of larger blocks...", "...(which I suspect was really an 8000 share buy, which the MMs were hiding)." Both of these statements, as well as numerous others of the Doctor, are pure speculation - and he chooses to take others to task?!
