Visit the Canadian federal government and ask them two things.

1. Do truth in advertising laws apply in Canada on products advertised on the internet?

2. Is the year computer time and date problem soluble by installing boards that intercept time and date calls?

You will get an answer. I don't think they came up with a one billion dollar price tag on solving their year 2000 problem if it could be solved by an OS patch that figures out when a program is using a date or a date calc. It is slightly more problematic than that.

And I know that FBN will not be asking them to buy any boards.
