Johnny, at the first shareholder meeting, whenever, i will propose that Tom Simpson be made president, paid a salary, and recieve as a bonus Stock options in TMMI. Furthermore I would suggest that we vote to value those options at the average price of tmmi during his first year as a non-employee approx 1997-1998. Yes I know there are no shares left and we will have to authorize additional shares but we can not have Tom Simpson without an equity position! Tom, I know you will probably read this, I aint sucking up. I never thought you were doing this for the posters on this board nor for shareholders per se. You have your own reasons for doing what you are doing and that may be why it becomes so questionable at those times when there seems to be no reward or gratitude. if you succeed or fail your reward will be the same, it will come from some where inside. There is more but i have no idea where i am going with this. Just glad you cleared up the stock issue...And looking ahead to that org chart, financials and sales.
