TO ALL - I believe that what I posted regarding my conversation with Joe, and the Series E convertibles misstate the facts. I had been thinking that the E shares were issued on March 31, 1998. After going back and rereading, I realize that they were issued and most converted prior to March 31, 1998. In my conversation with Joe I referred to the C & D and the E & F as two groups. I think he did not pick up on my misunderstanding when he agreed with me that none of the E had been converted. What he said was that all of the shares that had been issued prior to April 1, 1998 had been sold prior to November 1, 1997. I, wrongly, did not include the series E in that group and I thought he meant the Series E & F when he used the April 1 date. Some of these Es were converted after March 31, 1998, so those, of course, would be included with the series F. So, it appears to me, at this time, based on what Joe Murphy told me, that the only convertibles remaining to be converted are 368,304 shares from the series E and whatever shares the series F convert into. I am sorry for the confusion this may have caused. If anyone has information to the contrary, please let us know.
