If you look at the reverse splits on AGTI, HCCAD, USPX for example, all three were surprises to the investors and employees. All three stocks have caused investors to lose 60-95% of their investment. Very few penny stocks care about there investors or employees. I believe that I will stay on the side line until after the potential reverse split. JMHO BEST REGARDS

Small correction on the 80MM shares issued - The 80MM are issued - mainly used in the acq of FAMC. - The S-8 describes that it is also in the company strategy to issue stock options to employees or other as acknowledge / Carrot.
