Buck,
You who think that with those kind of numbers those sellers would get a discount broker. <G>

BuckWheat - Use this as an opertunity to short Intel. What better reason do you need? Short Intel and go long AMD. This is a no-brainer.

Buck, <Significant Insider Selling ..not sure what this is exactly, but don't these guys run the Intel Corporation??>
For those who do not believe in $1.8B losses
for Intel last quarter, this is just an example
of the non-accounted labor compensation at Intel.
Imagine the scale of selling from other Intel
engineers who do not require to file the form 144...

Buckwheat - Re: " INTEL INSIDERS CONTINUE TO SELL ON RALLIES "

I think this means that Intel Insiders are smart enough to BUY LOW and SELL HIGH !

Now, you don't see too many AMD insiders selling - because the AMD stock is not worth a whole lot.

So why do you think that selling HIGH is such a mystery?

By the way - Intel generally grants new options around the June/July time frame - during annual review cycles.

Hence, these options generally become VESTED in the future in the June/July time frame - so you will HISTORICALLY SEE A LOT OF INTEL INSIDER SELLING DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.

Anybody with enough business accumen - and understanding of Intel - would already know this fact.
