Joe .. Some full service brokers are in fact giving their clients the split shares on "good delivery" .... I have talked to many full service brokers about this and they understand what has happened. This is a fully reporting company and the x date has been established. The shares will come but they have to follow the rules and regulations of the SEC.

Now if people have a full service broker they probably can get the split shares on "good delivery". Those with Discount houses like me will not because those shares are in the discount broker's clearing house. Discount houses typically do not give out shares on "good delivery" because everyone's holdings are lumped together. Heck your name does not come up on the shareholder list either just the clearing house. If they give one they have to give them all on "good delivery."

The split was made and the paperwork did not happen until after all this broke when Mark step in. Now the split shares will come but the rules of the SEC have to be followed.
