Let me guess, that brokerage statement is from DLJ Direct :-) At least they were kind enough to put that information on the statement in the 'Income/Securities Not Yet Received' section, and the only brokerage (out of 3) that I use to even have such a section. Will be interesting to see which of my accounts gets the shares first: E-Trade, DLJ Direct, or Waterhouse. I'm thinking they will either arrive at the same time or within a day or two (at most) of each other. Kurt
