David: Zero? Come'on, even a great dud like BICO couldn't touch zero however hard it tried! Now, be practical and give me a real number, any number!

I don't know the answer to that but I have a big hint. Try their products and you will get a clue. If their stock is anything like their 1 gigabyte removable drive it will eject itself when you insert a setup disk and burn 1 billion "shares" and fry the "brokerage". Try it again and it will repeat the process every two weeks, until all your data_is_lost. Almost ruined my business. Worst piece of garbage I have seen since 8 track car tape players..

Syquest is, if its trashy products are any judge, headed for the toilet. Has to be an excellent short.

Widely recommended by the magazines? The magazine editors don't have to live with them. And to put up the the grim grim result of putting up with their flakiness when data backup was wanted.

Avoid Syquest drives like the plague.. zip drives too.. I am hearing bad things about a lot of PC media.. anyone got experience with ditto tape drives..? so far so good..
