David,

What charges have been filed against the SEC as a result of the alleged injuries suffered by the company?

I realize SOLV has a pending suit with Zwieg, but this is over Zwieg supposedly disclosing details of the process - after he was wined and dined as a potential hyper - and then decided he could make more money telling the truth (as he saw it) and this is to his credit. Any scheduled dates on when the suit will start? What parts of the process did Zwieg disclose that SOLV hadn't already made public?

On the other hand, the SEC seems to be poised to file suit in Federal Court against SOLV - in fact, they are building a case as we speak.

I do agree that there is little reason (except for taxes) to bail on SOLV now - especially if you've stuck with it this far. Good luck, and I hope, for your sake, that I'm totally wrong.

Gary
