Well I see weaknesses in the plan. For instance what if someone competent got promoted to middle management? But it might work. Do you think you could get a job at FBN? Once in charge the product could be used where neural networks are really needed, planning traffic jams, stocking mall store shelves with goods in a random manner defying logical analysis by the shopper, making job assignments to civil service employees so that jobs take the longest time, and civic planning neighborhoods so that each address is a maximal distance from services and retail outlets. Do you think this product could catch erythroblastemia? EC<:-}
