Outstanding shares times share price=market cap.

So, with 70 million O/S with price of .12, market cap is $8,400,000.
70 million shares with price of .80, market cap is $56,000,000.
FAMH was quoted by management somewhere along the line that they were a $55 million company, hence .80 is about all it will be worth. Should they report $105 million earnings, with 70 million O/S, stock price goes to $1.50.
So it seems to me .60 should be a good jumping off point as long as there are so many O/S.
Anyone else sees it this way or am I totally off the mark?
