Tom

You wrote, "is financing going to be announced this week?"

Well I would hope so, considering that's what IR told my neighbor when he called them on Friday.

Why would I doubt them?

Regards

Tom, could you or someone else post the pertinent info or a url to the full dillion report??

You state: The contracts are on pages 33 and 34. I urge anyone who has the report to take the time and read it.

My copy must be a shorter version, the only mention of contracts I saw was the following two paragraphs.

1.4 Conclusions of the Engineering Assessment

It is Dillon's conclusion, based on review of material presented to it that the Thermo Master Third Generation process is technically workable. Dillon further understands that contracts have been established for raw feed supply to the planned Niagara and Oshawa
facilities, as well as agreements to market the resulting product at agreed upon prices. Based on these considerations, as well as on financial data presented to us, we conclude that the economics of the two facilities are favorable.

Here they only make mention of contracts in so much as they:
[Dillion further understands that contracts have been established for raw feed supply to the planned Niagra and Oshawa facilities.]

To understand something, is to believe or infer something to be the case. Can you post the pertinent info that substantiates there understanding?? ie: The contracts are on pages 33 and 34.

Thanks! cause it would go along way in helping me get past the next paragraph.

1.5 Disclaimer

In the execution of the assignment Dillon relied entirely on information supplied by Thermo Tech Technologies Inc., Dick Engineering Inc., Metropolitan Planning & Engineering Inc., Miracle Foods and Church & Trought. Although engineering checks were made on the information as was considered appropriate, no original information
was developed by Dillon and no other information sources were used. (The Hamilton Thermo Master facility was visited by Dillon in the course of the assignment.)

PS: I have to agree with John you did say Robert would be made a liar next week. Funny how you turn that around when John mentioned it in post #4582.

Remember from a Liar by next week? To:

John,is financing going to be announced this week?I hope your right as for what kind, I am expecting it to be Non Recourse. Just like they have been saying all along. {oh well in the heat of the moment}

Thanks Tom or to whoever can post or supply a link to pgs: 33,34 of the Dillion report.

Mike
